CHRISTMAS JELLY

To start making this holiday treat, dissolve one packet of strawberry jelly and one packet of lime jelly in one cup of hot water. If you want the mixes to set, put them in shallow dishes and put them in the fridge for about one to two hours.

One helpful tip is to use high-quality jams so that the flavors are stronger. If you want to add a unique twist, try playing with flavors of exotic fruits.

Making the Milk Mixture

Pour the plain gelatin over a cup of boiling water and stir it around until it is completely melted. Do this while you wait for the fruit jellies to set. Make sure the sweetened condensed milk is well mixed in before adding it to the gelatin mixture.

The important thing is to get the sweetness of the condensed milk and the sourness of the fruit sauces just right. These things will work well together after a light stir.

Assembling the Jelly

Cut the fruit jellies into cubes once they are as hard as you want them to be. Use cooking spray or oil to lightly grease the mold, and then place the jelly cubes in the bundt mold, mixing the colors to make a beautiful and festive look.

Adding the Milk Mixture

Carefully spread out the jelly cubes in the mold as you slowly pour the milk mixture over them. Gently stir the mixture with a skewer or knife to get rid of any air bubbles and make sure the tastes blend well. Waiting now will pay off in the end with the show.
