Italian Lemon Cake – Flourless, No Baking Powder

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a food processor, blend almonds until finely ground.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt, and lemon zest. Mix well.
4. Gradually add the ground almonds and liqueur, stirring until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set and slightly golden on top.
7. Allow it to cool before serving.
