Sloppy Joe Grilled Burritos

3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
⅓ cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup additional Cheddar Cheese, for sprinkling

Directions:

Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add green and red peppers, onions, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess fat.

Make Sloppy Joe Sauce: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and brown sugar. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the beef, stirring well to combine.

Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt shredded cheese, milk, and butter together over low heat until smooth.

Assemble Burritos: Heat 3 tbsp oil in a clean skillet over medium heat. Spread a large spoonful of the Sloppy Joe mix onto the center of each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of cheese sauce. Roll up the tortilla burrito-style.

Grill Burritos: Fry each burrito in the hot oil for about 1-2 minutes per side or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel-covered plate.
