French onion savoury mince

Cook the Macaroni:
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef mince, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
Add Vegetables and Seasoning:
To the skillet, add the diced carrots and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften. Stir in the French onion soup mix, tomato sauce, and a cup of water (adjust the water amount as needed to get the desired sauce consistency). Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Combine with Macaroni:
Add the cooked macaroni and frozen peas to the beef and vegetable mixture. Stir well to combine and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the peas are cooked through and the entire mixture is hot.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the mince mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid or foil and let it sit off the heat for a few minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Serve:
